If your existing system is compatible, our professional licensed technicians can simply reprogram or prepare your system for smart interactive monitoring. All you have to do is decide when you would like us to activate your new service. Our licensed technicians will reprogram, activate and test your existing system and you can even keep the codes and passwords you already have, or they will be happy to program new ones if you prefer.
Non-compatible systems can often be made compatible by updating the keypad and alarm panel and reconnecting wiring and contacts already in place in your doors and windows. These processes take about one hour. If wiring is unable to be reused, a new system will be required, and our sales team will happily provide you with a quick quote over the phone or on-site to verify conversion costs.
Some systems may require minor repairs while others may need a little more attention. We evaluate each unique situation and offer cost effective solutions to all customers. Minor problems such as system resets or reprogramming are fixed with minimal disruption. Our licensed technicians will diagnose and solve any other technical difficulties at competitive costs.
No fixed telephone line or internet connection is required for the Smart Boost™, Smart Touch™ and Smart Hub™ as the Smart Systems communicate via the 3G network. A 36 month monitoring agreement is required.
